Maritide Clothing – Refund & Return Policy

At Maritide Clothing, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If there’s an issue with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging when possible

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or damaged products
  • Custom or limited-edition items unless defective

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received a damaged item, contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange depending on inventory availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified about approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
